Incorporated as a company limited by guarantee, Waterkeepers Australia is registered with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission and the Australian Tax Office. It is also an Income Tax Exempt Charity and is listed on the Register of Environmental Organisations as a Deductible Gift Recipient.
